Weight gain is a common consequence of a sedentary routine, paving the way for serious health issues such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, depression, anxiety, cardiac diseases, and various other health hazards.

To combat sedentary habits and introduce physical activity into your daily routine, the Office Hour's app emerges as a valuable solution. This app not only offers unique and individualized exercises but also employs a sophisticated algorithm designed to enhance your lifestyle by integrating healthy practices into your daily routine.

The monthly subscription fee starts from USD 8.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal does not entail an increase in the cost.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal settings can be managed in Account Settings under 'Subscriptions' in the App Store after purchase. Once purchased, the current subscription period cannot be canceled. An unused portion of any free trial period will be forfeited upon subscribing.

The Office Hour's Fitness at Work app is available in multiple languages including English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), French (France/Canada), German (Germany), Italian (Italy), Japanese (Japan), Korean (South Korea), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian (Russia), and Spanish (Spain/Mexico).
